VERBO SER / TO BE

Spanish verbs always end in either "-ar" "-er" or "-ir" and can be regular or irregular. The verbs SER and ESTAR mean both "TO BE" and are irregular verbs. The difference in use is that SER we use if we want to speak about the "quality" of the persons, things..etc and ESTAR we use if we want to speak about  "temporary appearance" and "location".
